Mandy Carpenter Mandy has presented at the national level for AASPA (American Association of School Personnel Administrators), sharing innovative strategies in educator recruitment, retention, and leadership development. Throughout her career, she has held multiple leadership roles within CMS, including Director of Human Resources (2016–2019), Principal of Parkview Elementary School (2012–2016), and Instructional Coach at Marshall Middle School (2009–2012). Prior to joining Clovis Municipal Schools, she served as an Assistant Principal in Frisco ISD (Frisco, TX) and a classroom teacher in Richardson ISD (Richardson, TX). Mandy is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two teenage boys, who both play for the Clovis Varsity Basketball team. Most of her free time is happily spent in gyms across the state, cheering them on. Her work focuses on strategic talent pipelines, leadership development, and building systems that support the recruitment and retention of exceptional educators across New Mexico. |
